Are all items in stock?
Almost all our items are available for immediate purchase, a small amount are available for pre-order. Please check each product for specific availability details. 

Do you offer layby options?
Yes, we provide layby services.  This can be arranged in store, or over the phone on (03) 9756 0100.  We also offer Afterpay at checkout, and Humm finance.



🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For orders in Melbourne and outer suburbs, please allow approx 1 week to receive your order.

Can you ship interstate?

Shipping is a flat charge of $199 to Sydney and suburbs.  We can deliver to some other interstate locations.  Please get in touch for a quote



🔄 Returns & Damaged Goods

What should I do if my item is damaged?
Although this is rare, as our deliveries are hand loaded, damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately through our "Contact Us" page.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days with a store credit. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information.

Do your products require assembly?
No, our furniture does not require assembly.

How should I care for my furniture?
To maintain the quality of your furniture, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources. Regular dusting and occasional polishing with appropriate furniture care products are recommended.
