Damaged Goods

• Damaged goods will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order.  Our Dispatch & Goods Tracking System allows us to determine receipt date.  We will not refund any goods reported more than 7 days after delivery.

• Damaged goods will be replaced or repaired.

• All goods returned must be in original packaging.

• Damaged goods must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving your order.



Change of Mind

• Change of mind returns must be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  For these change of mind returns (non-damaged items), a re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged.  Also, freight 'to' will be foregone, and return freight will be borne by sender.

Excluded products are:

  • Upholstered products
  • Throw rugs and cushions
  • Custom order products

Our layby terms are 10 weeks, and can be lodged only by phone or in store.  Laybys which run over the 10 week terms, can be subject to delayed goods. 

Cancelled orders and laybys are considered change of mind returns, and will incur a 15% restocking fee or a full store credit for the amount paid.  Unfulfilled orders older than 6 months old cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for a store credit.
