Damaged Goods

• Damaged goods will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order.  Our Dispatch & Goods Tracking System allows us to determine receipt date.  We will not refund any goods reported more than 7 days after delivery.

• Damaged goods will be replaced or repaired.

• All goods returned must be in original packaging.


Change of Mind

• Change of mind returns must be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  A store credit will be issued.

Excluded products are:

  • Upholstered products
  • Throw rugs and cushions
  • Custom order products

• For returns other than damaged items, a re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged.  Also, freight 'to' will be foregone, and return freight will be borne by sender.
